I used Marko services twice before purchasing the house I want.
He was very responsive when booking, came right on time and did a very thorough inspection. I appreciated very much Marko professionalism, knowledge of regulations, materials and building construction practices.
Marko helped us to understand through his inspection and report the real condition of the house, which could have cost us much more than we had originally anticipated. He noticed even the smallest of details and share additional insights on possible fixes with us. He took his time to make sure we understood everything afterwards as well. He explained everything very clearly and was extremely patient in answering all my questions.
For both inspections reports were issued on the next day after inspection.
The reports not only have lots of pictures but were well-organized into different chapters with lots of explanations: the type of inspection, location, condition, problem, and even the materials if applicable. His service doesn't just end there though as he would offer to answer any question I might have. The information in the reports helped my realtor very much to negotiate with the seller on some of the issues identified in the reports.
I was very pleased to have Marko as my home inspector and I would highly recommend to everyone his services!
