Our house burnt down 3 years ago and long story short our previous contractor decided to take our $120,000 deposit because he felt that we were taking to long to decide on our house plans and did not want to give us a breakdown of how the money would be spent.
Fast forward 6 months and thousands of dollars spent on lawyers. Brian and his team come in and save the day. He dealt with me very professionally as I was not comfortable giving another large down payment to another contractor as we had to take out a line of credit to get the project rolling.
