It's one of three stations within one block of each other. Always cheaper than the shell and usually the same price as the station across the street. But what does it for me is the fact that they offer a rewards/membership card that saves you 3 cents I believe per litre making it the cheapest always. So if you don't mind selling your soul for cheaper gas this is the place
