I was on a very short timeline to find a new home during the height of the housing market in 2018 and their team went above and beyond to schedule showings quickly and around my schedule. As a first time home buyer, Martin was very patient in explaining the home buying process and paperwork to me and was available via text for any quick questions. I never felt like I was being rushed or like a second priority. They came to my home for signatures on paperwork or emailed me copies when I wasn't there to get the process moving that much quicker.
