(January 30, 2020, 6:06 pm)Dog park about a 5 minute walk away from the main Hayward beach and picnic area. Sandy beach and picnic tables makes it a good spot to come with your family if you want to bring your pets. Outhouses are on site. Small field is located here aswell that dogs can run around and play on. Picnic tables have BBQ stands but the park operators only allow propane, no briquettes. Can't forget to mention a beautiful view of the lake.
