(February 14, 2019, 2:35 am)Usually very helpful and friendly, but today barely had a smile or a welcome. Won't stop me from going back, because they usually are great. Location is okay, not always easy to get out of the parking lot.

(August 25, 2018, 12:10 am)Thrilled with my experience at Mr. Pets in Mission B.C.! Staff was knowledgeable, patient and pleasant. Took their time answering all of my questions concerning my newest member. Thanks to the reptile specialist, I believe his name is Andrew, for great advice. The store manager, maybe owner, Monica, went out of her way to view and assess my pet's overall health and needs. Making sure to ensure the most quality of life for him. I would hands down recommend them and will definitely be going there frequently for all my pet needs and inquiries.
