I am a very busy person, walking anywhere from 10,000 to 20,000 steps a day at work. I started using the tumuric tulsi about 1 1/2 years ago. At that time I was taking up to 800 mg of advil and 800 mg of Tylenol just to control my the pain in my feet and hands due to arthritis so I could work and sleep relatively pain free. My Dr's just told me to take a topical pain killer and some Alieve (which doesn't work on me and I want no pills) . Since then I have been able to completely take myself off of any advil and Tylenol and can rely solely on the tumeric tulsi. I simply add a 3 pumps at to my coffee in the morning and off I go. On days where my arthritis is really bad I simply have another cup of coffee in the afternoon with 3 pumps. I can't believe what a difference this product has made in my life.
