We had 2 QA100ELITE 2 channel Dashcams installed. One in my wife's 2019 Mini Cooper S Countryman and the other in my 2019 Acura TLX Tech A-Spec.
Benjamin did an excellent job of installation, it was clean and professional. Since my wife works at a long term care home I was very happy to see that he also followed on all of the COVID-19 protocols.
He then went over all the features and explained how the camera works with the Thinkware Cloud App. He also followed up after a week if we had any questions or concerns.
I also would like to add that I took some estimates and Safe Drive Solutions was about $100.00 cheaper and also saved me time by coming over to do the installation at my place rather then me taking both our cars to the other installers.
