Lucia demonstrated a professional attitude all throughout the process. Initially when i made the appointment she asked me to send her a picture of my eyebrows so she can analyze it and therefore can visualize the best approach to my brows. She was very precise in taking measurements and extra careful in drawing with pencil and outlining. She knows what pigment is best for my eyebrows and though i had my own personal preference for the shade, she was very patient in sighting the pros and cons of one shade from the other which lead me to decide that she was right. The numbing cream that she used was so effective that i could barely feel anything with her every stroke. I was so happy with her work of art that i recommended it to my sister, and to my daughter who readily booked an appointment with her. Lucia has a wonderful after-visit customer care that as soon as i leave her place she sent reminders on after-care and she would consistently follow up on how the healing process is going. With her personal touch at a very affordable price i highly recommend her to my friends and other family members!
