Jamie was really great. He made sure I got to keep my old plan when I upgraded my phone instead of paying more like Telus had originally told me. Had to order my new phone in as I had a very specific model in mind, but he stayed late when it came in to make sure everything was sorted. Top notch bloke.

I've visited this store a handful of times for home service needs and they have always been welcoming and helpful, but today they went above and beyond in getting me set up with a new cell phone. Rohan's customer service is exemplary. I really appreciated all of his help and courteous treatment. :)
