It is suitable to all levels, teachers provide options which makes the practice stress/pressure free. Here I learnt that yoga is not a competition. I practice at my own pace. No prize is given for being able to touch you toes! Yoga is ongoing, a daily practice. Best medicine for the body, soul and mind. Thank you to all the teachers here!
