Yasim is a superb very experienced, friendly, kind, gracious mechanic. Many of his customers have been seeing him for years along with their friends and families. His rates are very fair, he has immense integrity and does excellent work. Yes he doesn't get the phone, rather his regulars which are in the 1000's as Yasim has been in business for 30 years thus building up a large client base, just come in to book appointments or bring their cars. He also prefers to speak to people in person verses on the phone, he likes real conversations verses via email/facebook or the phone. He is a wonderful person and mechanic I would recommend him to anyone without any hesitation.
