The sales rep., Patrick W., was very pleasant and knowledgeable during consultation. Jordan and William then contacted us to setup/confirm a date and time for the installation. Our installer, Jeremy R., was highly skilled, professional and courteous. We were also impressed with the care he took to cleanup and with how quickly and efficiently he completed the job in 1.5 days. Our experience was positive from beginning to end. Our new unit looks beautiful and we would definitely recommend Bath Fitter to our friends.

I would highly recommend them. James from the Burnaby store was our installer. What an awesome person James is, not only is he super friendly, he was a half hour early.
