(November 29, 2014, 5:18 am)A great CrossFit box. Excellent programming, coaching and community. Focus on movement quality (form), mobility and safe lifting will keep you coming back for more. Olympic lifting specific classes with an international level Olly coach will take your big lifts to the next level. Thoughtful programming and attentive coaches. Ive been to a few CF gyms, this is the place you want to be.
