  Best paint store ever! From product knowledge to customer service! Eric and Tim are always honest and would never try to sell you something you don’t need. Their colour consultants are experienced interior designers so you can trust they know what they’re doing. It has always been customer service above everything else and that’s what you get from a family owned business! They’re super generous as well for always donating to the schools in Burnaby. It is often stressful when you are dealing with a new build or a renovation which is why you should come to this store. It is quiet and you can sit down with a free coffee. The staff are helpful but not overbearing. You won’t ever feel pressured to hurry or that you have to make a purchase. The staff don’t work off commission because the owners put customer service over making money. Oh and they also offer a delivery service :)

  I have worked with Kensington paint for many many years. Their service is outstanding! From colour matching, product recommendations and knowledge, fantastic in home consultations to same day deliveries these guys really go the extra mile for their customers. I myself use their store for many of my design needs and recommend all my clients to purchase any Benjamin Moore products or wallpaper from them; because like myself, I know they value the importance of customer service.

  I’ve been shopping at Kensington paint and decorating for over 10 years. Tim and Eric have always gone above and beyond to provide me with exceptional service. I have recommended them to many and pleased to find out that they all received great service as well.

  I have been a customer of this store since 2007. Tim and Eric are and have always been very customer and community oriented and go out of their way to assist everyone. From design advice to extensive product knowledge they go above and beyond.

  The staff & owners were very helpful in assisting us in choosing an interior colour for our home. They also did a colour match on the stain that came from a different paint store a few years back, it was perfect! We left with everything we required so no need to make another trip back!!
