(May 2, 2020, 12:44 am)I have used Pacific specialty brands two time now for my Blomberg dishwasher and both times the customer service was excellent. the staff are great and not "robotic" sounding at all.
I love my Blomberg dishwasher it does a better job than $1500.00 dishwashers and these guys easily help me keep it running.

Arrived on time, quickly determined solution to problem, also detected additional fault and subsequently replaced a worn out heating element, gave great advise on correct operating procedures. Overall excellent quality of work, wore boot covers, kept proper physical distance protocol, cleaned work area and confirmed proper working condition before leaving. Courteous and efficient, highly recommend calling this company !!
