Optical in Real Canadian Superstore

I was at Superstore getting my new phone and had to wait for a few minutes.

I went into clothing and into the discount area that is messy and rummaged through in most Superstores. I was shocked to see it IMMACULATELY organized, better than I see in stores in high end shops. I went around the corner and saw a woman with a folding cart, and walked up to her congratulating her on her amazing work. I saw her tear up and smile as she shook my hand, and she said "we do this, superstore," but I knew she had done all of that by herself. Her name is Lydia and she was so inspirational, selfless and hard working.

Very patient and super good customer service. Both Mario or Amit were very attentive and helpful even with regular follow-ups. The team really puts in lots of time which not many other optical shops would reach out to returning customers. Applause guys, keep it up.

This review is for the Optical store. Amit is knowledgeable, friendly and very competent, he knows how to run the store to help clients the best possible way. I won't go anywhere else until I keep receiving this awesome customer service! Contact lenses orders are quick too, about 3 days. The optical store is conveniently located inside Superstore by the mall entrance.

This is a great location. I shop here often. It is right in the mall but is located in such a way that you park underneath and enter the supermarket directly. The reason for four stars is that when the store is jam-packed, such as last-minute shopping before a holiday, there may not be a cart; basket only — little things like that. Anyway, space is limited in a mall, but the store makes good use of it and is well organized.
