  I love this park for athletic enjoyment, or a nice walk in the park. It can be crowded sometimes, but very calming.

  Very relaxing for a morning run, very quite before 8am.

  Nice open stadium. Open to the public to use. Very good track surface to run on grass is well kept so a picnic in the park could be a fun weekend activity. As long as there isn’t a game on. Parking is free for 3 hours so plenty of time to enjoy the park.

  Quite the stadium,track nice grass n turf around the perimeter. Washrooms were not a1 but I'm sure it isn't always like this.

  I recently spent the weekend watching my granddaughters participate in a track meet. Having lived in the lower mainland my entire life I am familiar with the stadium. Plenty of seating in a covered grandstand with the most stunning views of the mountains. Easy access by car or a short walk from the nearby skytrain station. Bring your own food or buy something from the well equipped concession open during events. Central park has many tree lined trails to be enjoyed by all ages.
