(March 10, 2019, 4:29 am)Just wanted to thank Midas and big shoutout to Amer the manager himself. Today i went to Mr lube for oil change, they tried to upsell me a few things that were not needed, they told me that spark plugs and transmission fluid needed to be changed and few other things that will cost me $600. Since my car screen didn’t pop up any of those mentioned codes so i politely declined their offer and called Midas immediately just to check their prices. I explained to them the situation on the phone and the manager asked me to come to the shop to take a look at my car, After using a code scanner to see if it actually needs those parts or not my car passed the test with nothing wrong with the car and they didn’t even charge me a dime.
Very honest mechanics went above and beyond they don’t try to squeeze any extra money out of you.
(February 26, 2019, 11:05 pm)Went in for a routine oil change and was delighted with the customer service I received. They went above and beyond, even had coffee and tea refreshments for those who wait. Definitely going back in the future!
