PrimeCare Medical Clinic

I have been coming to this clinic for at least 4 years now. I started as a walk-in patient and was looking for a new family doctor at that time until Dr Brar took me in as one of his patients. He didn’t disappoint. He is a good listener. Very knowledgeable. Paid attention to your medical concerns and gave very sound advice. His receptionist, Christine is very pleasant and friendly. I’m very pleased he changed his receptionist. The previous one was very rude and unprofessional.

I'm not a frequent visitor here, but any time I have a problem with my health, I get quick and professional help in this clinic.
The doctors are knowledgeable, receptionists are friendly and compassionate.
The location at Kingsway and Edmonds is good too. It's a modern building with clean interiors and pharmacy right there.

This is the only clinic that was willing to accept my 2 year old son for last minute urgent check up after 6 pm when no other clinic would! We didn't want to go to emergency for common flu symptoms and wait for hours, and were very happy when the nice lady on the phone made it possible for us to meet with doctor same night. I can not stress enough how kind and polite people who work there are. Doctor was very good at listening our concerns and patients with my tantrum throwing toddler.
Knowing that people don't normally have good experiences with walk ins and general when visiting new clinics, I would kindly recommend this place! Thank you for you service!

This is a great walk-in clinic. I called to see how much wait there was. The next available time was 12:30, but by the time I got there, it was 1 pm.
The desk staff were very nice.
Before I saw the Dr., they had me do a urine test so they could check it for problems.
I had Dr Chan, who was very thorough and nice. Because my urine had been checked ahead of time, she was able to prescribe medication for me right away.
I had expected to be sent to the lab. On top of that, they were still sending my urine to the lab for more-in-depth testing to be sure the prescription was the correct one.
When I need a new Dr., I will come back to this clinic and Dr Chan.
