Great experience! Fantastic, very knowledgeable Goldsmith. Had a diamond set in a setting. They have a microscope on site so you can see your perfect stone.
Will be my “go to” jewelry shop from now on!

I had a rather mixed experience shopping at the store; however, overall, I am left disappointed.

I was looking for a particular Tissot watch, which Rodan happened to have in stock. I had a relevantly pleasant time speaking with my sales associate on the phone and I confirmed pricing. Excited, I visited the store to iron out the last details.

However, when I arrived, I found that the watch was in incredibly poor condition to be considered totally "new." Having seen the showcase while I was waiting, I was very surprised and am willing to believe that this may have been one of those things where I just had bad luck where that watch was the one bad egg from the pile.

My sales rep checked and offered to rough out the watch to try to cover up the scratches. I really liked the service that the store offered, so I wanted to consider it; however, it was not just on the bottom face, but also a significant mark on (I am extremely sorry that I don't know the exact jargon) the link to the band. This made me worry about the durability in that area. Tissot watches are supposed to last a long time.

My sales rep also confirmed the watch had been there for over a year as inventory and that they only had one in stock ( I added an extra star for the honesty in regards to this).

Unfortunately, I just could not justify buying this as "new." I was more than willing to wait to have the store order another one in; however, I was told that I would have to pay an extra shipping fee on top of the price if I wanted this service (this would be to pick up the watch at the store still, but so that the store could place an order for just 1 watch).

However, I unfortunately could not accept this. I should not have to pay extra because the store could not control the quality of its inventory. I took time out of my day to come buy a product when I could just buy a watch for significantly cheaper online or over the phone and shipped out.
I was even willing to wait for the store to get a new product.
As a customer, I can not be expected to choose between buying a damaged product or paying a surcharge on top of the agreed price to get what we agreed on. It's not like I asked for expedited shipping -- I was fine waiting for potentially 4 weeks if the store's main supplier was out of stock.

In short, based on my research and my experience with the staff, I genuinely wish I could have made an order today; I hope my review does not deter anyone from trying the store and speaking with the employees. I believe that most people will not have the same experience that I had. However, I hope it can be used constructively as a tool that the store could use to improve.

Had the best experience with Rodan Jewellers! From the moment I walked in, to the moment I walked out with my newly resized, and re-clawed family heirloom ring; overall - couldn't have been more impressed with the quality of work and service. The staff were so friendly. I can't recommend these guys enough. They are fantastic!!

This was the most pleasant big ticket retail purchase I've ever made. I was shopping for an engagement ring and a friend recommended a Tacori ring. I called Rodan Jewellers and spoke with Alex who was very courteous, knowledgable and spent a significant amount of time answering my many questions. He made a great first impression so I proceeded to book an appointment the following day. We spent almost 2 hours looking at several different rings, diamonds and settings. I was overwhelmed but he was very patient and with his knowledge and experience he helped me find the perfect ring and stone. My fiancee loves the ring and receives countless compliments. Thank you Alex! Amazing team as well, Mitchell and the owner were also very helpful and made this a very positive experience. I can't say enough good things about them.

Simply the best! My entire experience with Rodan and their staff was professional, courteous and prompt. I approached them and inquired about making a custom engagement ring for my fiance (She said yes!) and Mitchell and his team made me feel so relaxed, answered all my questions with insightful detail and educated me on the topics I may not have asked about.

I demanded a lot of the team at Rodan and we went back and forth on design versions multiple times. The team treated every request with respect and maintained their high-level of compassion and excitement throughout the process.

If you've come this far, here are some other things you should know: These guys are experts and professionals, but they will make you feel right at home. Pricing is fair and honest. Most of all, the price was well worth it - the engagement ring that was made for my fiance is breathtaking.
