(November 21, 2018, 9:43 pm)I had the pleasure of receiving some of the best customer service in recent memory during my visit to Ronsons Rack at Brentwood Town Centre on Friday, November 16th. "Elsa" went above-and-beyond by sending a picture of the shoe's condition to her colleague at another location to ensure that my needs would be fully met. This was in addition to, her friendly and informative assistance with my inquiries about the shoes and best practices when it came to caring for them. I had no intention of purchasing shoes during my visit; however, thanks to "Elsa", I bought a pair of shoes with the intent of buying another once they are delivered. Keep up the great work! In this day and age of customer service apathy, it's so reassuring to know that there is at least one organization out there that effectively recruits, selects and trains their frontline staff. Way to go Ronsons!
