(January 16, 2019, 8:58 pm)While Scotia Bank is not my main go-to bank, I do have a mortgage with this institution. In the two times that I have met with the financial specialists with this company, I enjoyed my experience. The branches are renovated, clean, and the staff always were on time and treated us like valued clients. I was never pressured to purchase any additional services or features. I'm not sure why there are so many bad reviews but I am a critical person and did not find anything wrong with my visits. The Brentwood mall location was great. The parking is plentiful and it's not too busy there.
