Shak worked with me to find a car that I wanted. I let him know that I was a college student and recently got into an accident with another car and I told him what my budget was. He worked with me and found a way to meet my budget for a car that I really wanted. I told him that I did read other reviews left on here and that I was a little concerned. He addressed that concern with no hostility and let me know that those reviews made no sense because those cars were never in his records. He's also great with working with your schedule which is nice to see flexibility. I do highly recommend Shak's Auto. I bought my car in September and I'm still very much happy with it. I had an issue with the aux not working in it and let him know. He fixed it promptly without charge, other than that I've had no problems with it thus far.

just bought a Journey from Shak. Was very helpful and profesionnal. He provide me with 3months warranty for free. So far no issues wuth car. 1 think need to be replaced and he said he will once he will find the spare part (just cosmetic issue). Ill be back with an update once is done.
