(March 19, 2018, 12:05 am)The Staff at the Burnaby Foam Shop was very accommodating and helpful. I called asking about a custom piece of foam to baby proof by hard sharp fireplace hearth. I came in later that day with measurements and they were able to make the cover that day in a mere couple hours, even though they normally take a few days for custom pieces. Very please with the swift, friendly service and the quality of the product. I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for foam products.
(November 8, 2017, 4:14 pm)I bought a new car, but the bucket seats were way too low for me and I needed a good cushion that would raise me up so I had better visability. I went into the Burnaby Foam Shop to inquire about getting a cushion custom made. Anna was amazing and helped me figure out the size, foam density, fabric, etc...what I needed. She cut the foam for me on the spot so I could use it right away & told me it would take about a week to get the cover sewn. But, she called me about an hour later and said the cover was already done! I went to pick it up and it was perfect. So, I got a completed cushion in one day while other places told me it was going to take other places between 2-4 weeks to complete. Amazing and fast customer service. Thanks Anna!
(July 4, 2016, 10:24 pm)Ordered 20 custom foam bolsters from the foam shop. Michael was amazingly helpful and went above and beyond my expectations. Great customer service and even worked out great pricing which included shipping to Calgary. 10/10 service/quality and the product is very well made. They truly stand by their work. Will order from them for sure in the future.
