I started a new job with a film production and was sent to U-Lock many times! Every time I was greeted by two wonderful staff members, Jessica and Mia. Both of them assisted with every single thing I could throw their way. Having never been in a storage facility before, I definitely was worried to bother the staff and left feeling like I knew exactly what I was doing as well as assured they were happy to be helping me.

Bonus points for these two lovely staff members because they asked my pronouns. As a trans individual I rarely get the recognition or respect I so desperately search for in my customer service interactions. To have these two individuals notice, be aware, and take action to further comfort me and add to my experience at their work place blew me away.
10 stars for Mia and jessica both!!!!! Five is simply not enough. I wouldn’t EVER take my business anywhere else after working with them :)

Great service all around. Right from the start when my wife and daughter were looking for storage space, they received nothing but enthusiastic and genuine help from Ton. He showed them around and provided them choices and options. He was always willing to assist with some changes and last minute request. He was a delight to deal with.
Like Ton, the rest of the team, Mia and Keenan were equally superb in customer service. They were quick to take action and very reassuring when I had some issue with the truck.
I will highly recommend this place.

Very impressed with the staff here. Came in to rent a storage locker for a future move and they were very accommodating. It's a clean, well-run facility with a smart and good natured staff. Definitely a great option for storage. Price is very reasonable.

When I went into U Lock on Manor to inquire about storage space, I was impressed by the clean, spacious office front, and by the fact that it is a proudly Canadian business (the space is a patriotic bright red and white.
I was greeted by a professional, friendly and very knowledgeable staff member who even offered me bottled water, and instantly made me feel comfortable and welcome.
I was a first time storage user, and only needed a space for one month. I got set up with a fantastic price (under $80) for a 10x10' locker. I was NOT told, however, until I asked, as I was leaving.....that any additional time would run me somewhere around $280/mo.
I ended up finding an apartment, and moved my stuff out at the end of said month.
This is when things went somewhat downhill...
My movers and I had loaded the elevator up with the first load, and since I couldn't locate any staff to service the elevator, we just held the door open as we loaded up.
That's when staff appeared. A woman approached us as said something like "Don't hold that door open...it can cause our elevator system to short out and shut down" I asked if she could please service it for us so that this would not occur...
She repeated that holding open the elevator in any way will break it that "There is no servicing the system."
Call me crazy....but should not an elevator in a large storage unit warehouse have elevator doors that can be held open in order to load the items being stored?!
Throughout that morning, another one or two female staff flounced past us with what seemed to be a disapproving air. One kept asking us to 'move our dolly out of the way, as they were very busy' when it was clear that our dolly left more than enough room for others to pass.
Even my movers made comments about those gals needing to find work outside of customer service!
Anyway.
The facility is very clean and spacious with a variety of locker sizes available. Just be sure you have clear information if you are taking advantage of a promotion...and bring very quick moving movers!
Overall, it was a decent enough storage facility.
