(January 27, 2019, 9:16 am)They are very professional and respectful to customers. I bought a used TV from them with a 1 year warranty. The TV failed to turn on after a couple of months so I brought it in to be serviced. They tried to fix it for free as was agreed in the warranty. When they couldn't fix it, they gave me an upgrade to a brand new TV free of any extra charge.
