This is our first time facing with the drainage issue. Thank God we have chosen VIA Plumbing! They are so on time, decent, efficient and polite! Gerard and his partner have done an awesome job! They not only pushed all the boundaries to fix the issue for us, but also provide us professional suggestions of potential risks on the drainage system due to the long history of the house with old and narrow pipes. We feel blessed to have them fixed the problem, eventually after 5 hours of non-stop work, especially in a cold winter day. We would definitely recommend VIA Plumbing to any of our friends, but also hope my friends are lucky that they won’t facing with the drainage issue for sure!

Very Knowledgeable and thorough ! The technician dispatched to the home Im renting was also the owner. The technician showed up with all the proper tools an infared camera and got to work fast. Was very courteous and polite. Made sure to communicate the issues to the owners in front of me. I was very pleased given past experiences.

Best Plumbing Company I've ever worked with. When the leaking happened, I hired another company but they didn't find the leaking place after spending 3 hours. And then my friend recommended Leo to me. He came to my house and found the leaking place just in half hour!!

I was having trouble getting a plumber to replace a power vent natural gas hot water tank. I was referred to Leo and it was a fantastic experience. He was able to come by the same day to look at it, and then came back the next day with the tank and his apprentice. It took 3 hours to replace. He took the time to research the Home depot tank which was several hundred dollars cheaper than his wholesaler. He didn't push his wholesaler, but left it to us to decide. In the end we did go with the tank his wholesaler provides and we are happy with the decision. Great quality work!
