(April 5, 2019, 8:03 pm)The portions are always huge! Definitely order more than I can eat quite frequently. Sometimes the sushi to rice ratio for the nigiri is almost too much... But overall it's a good sushi joint.
(March 25, 2019, 3:40 pm)Great food! So yummy, their spicy miso is so good. Everything was nicely presented. I have had friendlier service elsewhere but it wasn't bad service. Prices weren't bad either
(March 5, 2019, 3:44 am)This is one of the tastiest sushi fusion style places around. They are a bit pricey but totally worth it as they take their time and think of the flavor each item brings to the dish. Olive slices on-top of oshi! Yes it works extremely well together.
They also have a signature burger and fries that is super tasty for only $11.
I also really enjoyed their spicy tofuholic dish that is super spicy and tasty.
Upscale sushi is how I would label it.
(February 25, 2019, 6:46 pm)They have been my favourite sushi place for several years. The new owners made it even better! They are very friendly and accommodating. The food is amazing. I have never had better! I recommend it to everyone I can.

(604) 777-0702 We don't find ourselves out in Coquitlam very much so I'm not really sure how we managed to wind up at Fat Tuna other than the fact that the name sounded interesting. Fat Tuna is located in a mini mall on Brunette and Lougheed Hwy and it's not something that you would really notice by driving by.
