  Had an awesome experience with Kia West! Everyone there was so down to earth & understanding! Were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. Extra thanks to Tyler Wilson who sold me my beautiful Kia Rio! Also shout out to Dane for the awesome deal (and for loving country music lol). You guys rock!

  I purchased my Kia Soul one month ago today from Tyler Wilson, and am just as happy (or even more happy!) today with it than I was when I bought it! Tyler really listened to what I needed and wanted to have in a vehicle, and he made it happen! For someone who had just gone into the dealership to look around with no intent to buy, I am thrilled that I was able to talk with Tyler and find that I no longer had to make-do with the vehicle I had. Thank you, Tyler, for changing my driving life in such a positive way!!! Thank you, too, to all of your colleagues who helped the trade-in/buying process move so smoothly. I am so impressed. : )

  Was assisted by Tyler Wilson immediately. Customer service skills were fantastic. He did not pressure me, was honest, and followed up with me after the transaction to ensure satisfaction. I probably would have left empty handed if it wasn't for him and his friendliness!

  By far the most friendly and welcoming dealer ship I’ve been too! Thanks to Tyler Wilson, my experiences at Kia are always quick, easy, and enjoyable. Even though he is part of the sales department, and wasn’t the sales man I bought my Kia Rio from, he is always more than happy to help me with anything I need! especially regarding appointments and service! Thank you so much for the excellent customer service!

  After previously having bad experiences at other dealerships thank you Kia west for being a breath of fresh air!
  Thank you especially to Amanda who took care of us and got us into the vehicle we loved and took the time to really listen to us in what we wanted. And a thank you to Brad who was also fantastic.
  Hands down smoothest purchasing experience we’ve ever had. From start to finish everyone who was involved with our purchase was helpful and professional.
  Can not wait to be back in the near future for another purchase!
