(January 24, 2019, 11:03 pm)Had to replace my rear window. Could get in right away and had holidays booked so they taped a piece of plastic with duct tape and water got in while I was away. Rear hatch was soaked. After the glass was replaced the glue from the duct tape was all over my car that I had to scrub off. Friendly and nice staff but could use some better service.
(June 9, 2018, 5:41 pm)Went to Kirmac for a claim. Right from the receptionist, to the adjuster, to the person who gave me a courtesy drive back home were Great! The adjuster explained everything to me in DETAIL as to what they were going to do with my car. I'm an EXTREMELY fussy person, and was VERY pleased how everything turned out! My biggest concern was paint match. PERFECT PERFECT PERFECT!!! You can BET I'll be going back if ever I need body work done again! Thanks guys!
