I would highly recommend working with Konrad and the Evergreen team. When I bought my first condo in BC last year Konrad was very accommodating in finding times to help me search while I was in town. When we sold our condo Konrad and his team did an amazing job staging, marketing and selling our home. Not only was it easy to work with his team but he made the whole experience an enjoyable one.
