(April 7, 2019, 7:07 am)After walking around the other stores feeling like prey being stocked by sales predators... this was a nice change. Paul was a genuine and friendly salesmen that wasn’t pushy in the slightest.
The leather sofas were out of our budget unfortunately, but a good experience either way.

We were very impressed with Nicole and would highly recommend her to others. Thanks Nicole. Looking forward to using our new furniture!

(March 27, 2019, 6:11 pm)Hi - Alla greeted us near the door, and she calmly and helpfully showed us all the chairs we were interested in. I flitted about the store and went finally to the chair that was right for me. Then the good news, the day we bought there was a 15% discount on recliner chairs. That made our decision very easy. In the end and after picking up the chair, it is perfect. In style, with high back, great fabric and compliments our existing pieces. Alla did not push in our decision and her sales style was great for us. Thank you.

The reasons we choose Lazy Boy over other furniture stores where prices were more reasonable, is the following: Sales lady was not pushy and spent at least two hours of her time with us. She was knowledgeable about the products and we never felt obligated. We were able to book a designer at Lazy Store for no charge to bring samples to our home. She was so helpful. Guided us but never pushed us. You can tell that she was well educated. In fact she has two master degrees.
. She would give her opinion but never dictated. She encouraged us to not buy decorative items, but to use our own. Lazy Boy covers their customers for 10 years for damage, breakage etc. . Finally, the quality for what we wanted to spend was superior to other stores.
(January 7, 2019, 5:23 am)I recently purchased a sofa and chair at this location. I spent quite a bit of time with the sales rep (Nicole) going over options that worked for my home and budget. She was absolutely great. She was knowledgeable and very patient. Best of all, at no time did I feel she was trying to get me to buy anything. We simply discussed options and possibilities. Highly recommended!
