Juli did my bridal hair and she did do an amazing job. I loved my hair for my wedding. However her communication and customer service skills could definitely use some improvement. She sent me my timeline 3 days before the wedding, I wasn’t happy with the time she wanted to start (6:15am) So I called and left a voicemail fo her to contact me. She didn’t respond. Within a 2 day period (leading up to the day before my wedding) I called and left 5 voicemails and emailed her 2 times requesting for her to contact me. She never responded. Finally on my 6th call she answered my call and didn’t acknowledge the fact that I had left multiple messages and emails. She did Chang my start time in the end which I was happy with.
I had the same issue with trying to book my trial hair and makeup. I called and left multiple voice messages and emails and it took Juli over a week and a half to get back to me.
