If I was not a client then would they not give me the change?and the manager walks around with her nose in the air like she is better than everyone...the other clerks are great especially Marie

(October 8, 2016, 8:15 pm)I experienced a higher level of professionalism at any branch I went in to, than I encountered when dealing with Vancity credit union. Even the services over the phone makes me feel respected, regardless of how much money is in my account. To me it appears that RBC invested in hiring skilled representatives, then training them to offer a professional image of this top financial institution, and that is a good marketing strategy.
