Senior Care Big Hearts Home Care

Since January my family has been using the services of Fatma Taha and Big Hearts Home Care. My mother is suffering from dementia and Alzheimer’s and Big Hearts have been sending care aides in each night to stay with her. We had tried out two other home care services companies before settling with Big Hearts. One thing that set them apart was Fatma brought the care aides on their first nights to introduce them and herself to our family. No other companies took these measures. The aides themselves have been professional and caring, making a consistent effort to develop a relationship with my mother. They provide us with a detailed report after every shift.
