Chris Whitehead & Associates were recommended to us by our in laws as we lived out of town. Our 1st meeting with Chandani was a house tour.She was friendly, enthusiastic, energetic and prepared. During the day she asked questions about us and our needs and payed attention to our reactions to the house tours. Acquiring knowledge of what would suit us and our needs. The whole possess has been pleasant and very organized and she was always available and helpful throughout the completion of our new home purchase. We highly recommend Chandani and her associates.

Making the decision to move was gut wrenching for us. My husband and I have lived in the same house for over 36 years. Our grandchildren are the age our children were when we bought our home.
But we finally decided and chose the team from Chris Whitehead and Associates. Now full disclosure, Steve is our son, so we were biased initially, but after watching this team work, I would never use or recommend anyone else.
From initial conversations, we were put at ease and assured that we would never be alone during the whole process. The team lived up to that promise. We decided on a price, were advised of the process, wrote up the listing, and off we went!
Even though I have seen Steve and his peers work before, I had never really followed the marketing plan that they have in place. This team operates like a well oiled machine. They keep in constant contact and answer questions before you even know you should be asking them. They are in ongoing contact whether you are a buyer or a seller and as it turned out, we ended up being both!
We never felt out of the loop. We were updated often during our listing and our purchase, even though in our case it didn’t take too long for either. If one of the team was unavailable for any reason, another member stepped in and was fully versed and up to date with our file. We got a whole team! And Nelly, in the office, is very much a part of that team and was also able and very willing to lend support when needed.
Our particular results were spectacular, both in selling our home, and making a successful offer on the perfect new home. Their marketing plan and endless knowledge was a big part of that. They were able to secure multiple offers for us after just 5 days on the market. Honestly, I have never seen anything run so smoothly and with such quick, exemplary success.
Buying or selling, in my opinion is the most stressful thing we’ve ever done. But every step of the way, we felt safe, heard, and supported.
We can’t thank Steve and Chris, and Chandani and Eric and Nelly enough.

The entire group worked very hard to find us exactly what we were looking for. All the other people that they referred us to from mortgage broker to inspector and lawyer were also amazing. They are the only people we would go to for our next sell and/or buy. Amazing team. Very impressed. Will recommend them to everyone.
