I never thought that investing in a pillow is important until I bought mine from the Northern Feather Dreammakers Dream Song Collection. My pillows were always either too soft or too firm, but this one is just the right softness and I wake up from an awesome night of sleep with no neck pains. Morever, the customer service is also beyond excellent! The employees make sure that customers have the correct product knowledge before purchasing any products, and they go the extra step of verifying their online orders for common overlooked orders e.g. right pillow size, wrong pillow protector. They're very approachable and knowledgeable (and patient) with me as I tried out the pillows, looking for the right one. If you're looking for a good sleep investment, this is the right place for you!

I knew nothing about sheets, pillows or anything like that. I got a job working at the dream makers store in West Vancouver. Random job but I ended up staying for way longer then expected. Anyway I got a few things for free and other stuff at a discount and was hooked. I cant enjoy beds or sleeping anymore unless its dream makers quality. Screw you dream makers for making me a bedding snob. I now care about pillow firmness and fill material, thread count, cotton quality, fill power and all the rest. I tried buying "egyptian cotton" sheets at london drugs.. No dice. Had to return them. Don't try this bedding unless you want to spend no less then 60 per sheet for the rest of your life. (honestly get some of this bedding asap your bed will never be the same).

I purchased high quality pillows, euros, duvet, duvet cover and received expert knowledge and fantastic customer service from Vanessa. Great selection with products made here and from New York. I only want to shop here from now on.
