(March 13, 2019, 6:24 pm)Due to our location, I wouldn't have chosen this company except that for the issues we were having with our Samsung range, they were the only authorized repair centre (well there was one other but the reviews were not great). I did get charged extra mileage for where we lived on the initial visit however not on the subsequent visit to install the required parts. There was a delay in getting our parts as they forgot to get my authorization and we slipped through the cracks until I called to follow up. However, every time I spoke with them on the phone they were very pleasant to deal with and apologized for the mistake. Also, both repairmen I dealt with called ahead with a 2 hour window, were on time, polite and professional. They had to order multiple parts to see what worked and agreed I would only have to pay for the part that solved the issue. Problem was resolved and I am very happy with the service I received overall.
(March 4, 2019, 7:18 pm)William was our service technician and he was awesome! We needed a light panel replaced on our Samsung fridge and the freezer door was catching. He had both fixed quickly and efficiently. He called me the morning of the service call and gave me a 2hr window which he kept true to. If you have a repair, I would specially ask for this technician as he is efficient, respectful and punctual.
