(September 17, 2019, 9:01 pm)I've worked with many shipping companies, and there are always hiccups. Transource was no exception, but they dealt with things professionally and quickly. The staff were all friendly, and bent over backwards to get my delivery to me.
A point for improvement would be using file notes linked to a given delivery order, which any staffperson can access and update.
