Her top notch customer service is the reason I ended up shopping here. She just turned me into one loyal customer. Tam is the best!!!

(January 9, 2019, 6:34 am)Staff is always great, my wife has been here (Tsawwassen Mills) before with different staff. And the result is the same, good customer attention. Which is rare to find these days, prices are very good and quality of clothes is quite good. Would recommend to at least check out. Mens jeans & the brand tee-shirts are very comfortable. Staff picked out sizing for my wife and they are extremely accurate! Thank you staff ! You know your products. Amazing !
(November 5, 2018, 5:38 am)I've heard about this store before, particularly that a lot of people I know buy jeans from here. But I did not know anything about their customer service and their motto until we went in for the first time. This was probably the best and customer-centred experience we've ever had at a clothing store. Right from the moment we walked in, every sales associate was friendly and took the initiative to help you out. They were very direct with their recommendations but they knew exactly what they were talking about as we left with many pairs of jeans that they had recommended. I like the fact that they emphasize how they believe that there is a perfect pair of jeans for everybody and they will go out of their way to find you that perfect pair of jeans. Trying jeans on in the fitting room was also a very pleasant and positive experience as they were very involved in the process. They would check on every customer, make recommendations, provide suggestions, and grab other sizes and styles until you are satisfied. I appreciated that they weren't pushy and that they genuinely wanted you to have a great experience with the hopes of making a sale or two. Although the prices are not cheap, the quality and the service definitely make it worth it.
