(October 31, 2019, 12:00 am)They always do an awesome job at Wagner's. Got orange greasy stains out of my pale yellow blazer that I thought was a goner. Also, they were so amazing when there was a small mess up one day. I had dropped off a jumpsuit for alterations on the Saturday and needed it for Wednesday. Normally they wouldn't have them back until Thursday so the owner drove my item out to the alterations person herself. When I got there on Wednesday, for some reason it had been missed and wasn't there. I was stressed out but they went above and beyond to fix it. I couldn't get back there later that day so one of them drove the jumpsuit to my house, hung it on my door, and texted me that it was there. Mistakes happen but it's how businesses fix the mistakes that's important!
