Very cozy, great food and good variety. Reminds me a lot of a diner in Richmond called "Bob's subs". The portions are a little on the small size, but otherwise, 5/5.

You might have passed this place so many times and not have realized it was there. But when you see it, you can never miss it again.
I tried their cinnamon bun toast and it was delicious! Will visit again soon.☕☕

By far the best breakfast place I've been to. They have a very large selection and the food comes out pretty quick - except when they get busy (and they do get busy a lot). The owner is very friendly and reasonable. I've tried most of their food selection and none of them disappointed me.

Try with caution - it gets very addictive to some people.
