The selection was a bit small. I went there to buy a running cap and the ladies there were really helpful.

I went in to find waterproof runners and had such amazing service! I've had my shoes for 4 months now and I had to go in and thank the ladies for such a great suggestion. Best service I have gotten while shopping in a very long time!

I am new to running a few years ago and stopped in on a recommendation from a friend - glad I did. The friendly, patient and knowledgable staff have assisted me in my selection of running gear for various weather conditions. I have joined other run clubs in the past and am thrilled I found the UBC run clinic as they are helpful with technique, encourage you to make your goals and tailor the run clinic to the needs of the group.

Walked in looking to buy some good runners and was greeted by Vickie. She provided exceptional customer service. Made a quick assessment of my walking and brought out multiple pairs of shoes to try on. She was very patient, attentive and very knowledgeable. She made finding and buying shoes very easy. Thank you Vickie.

Helpful staff! But very limited selection of runners and overpriced. Better off at Footlocker or Forerunners.
