What surprised me most was gaining insight into ways in which aspects of my childhood have carried into my adult life through the way my mind interacts with my body. Knowing the cause of these idiosyncrasies allows me to better manage how I use my body in an efficient and healthy way. Babak was able to clearly communicate with me what the Alexander technique is and was very accommodating in tailoring the lessons to my needs. I would highly recommend working with him if you get the opportunity.
