MASSIVE thanks to this Big O Tire location & Jay!!! They quickly fixed my punctured tire and were great to deal with.

Highly recommended going there.The staff is super knowledgeable and honest. If it doesnt need fixing they wont try and tell you otherwise. Very friendly and clean.

These guys are amazing, never had a problem with them, the nicest people I know who don't even try to upsell you.

I still can't believe the service Rick provided. My rim key vanished and I was in a jam as I needed to change my tires and keep my appointment at Big O. Last minute, I tried multiple vendors. Most didn't have the key and didn't want to bother looking into who would; the few that did tried to extort an absurd price.

I told Rick what was going on and he immediately tracked down the part, and at a great value. (should have started with him). He even tried not to charge and said I could borrow it when I needed - just a good guy. I've always had success at the Walnut Grove Big O and Rick has earned our patronage for life.

Bought rims/tires from a different shop in Vancouver, and they vibrated immediately as I drive off the lot due to improper balancing. After phoning in to complain, they tried rebalancing them.... But it was still bad.

Ended up calling Big-O and they took me in on short notice. Rick even offered to refund me if they weren't able to fix the issue. That wasn't the case though, as Rick and his technicians fixed it in under an hour. Car drives perfectly smooth now.

Great experience here and will definitely be back. Customer service was outstanding to both myself and others who were there that morning... And they know their stuff.
