Big Box Outlet Store - Walnut Grove

Purchased a Limited edition controller for my Xbox. Although it was an open box item, it arrived in the mail well wrapped and intact. No damage or flaws. Very satisfied. Great prices and customer support. Would shop here again.

I had an issue with a vacuum I purchased at another location awhile back. I just randomly called the Walnut Grove, Langley BC location and spoke with a sales associate named Cindy.
I am so very impressed with Cindy's genuine kindness and understanding. She resolved the vacuum issue for me almost immediately and I am so grateful to her. Great people, great store.

Called the store looking for a 10 X 10 tent in November (who does that?!?)
Rod answered the phone & assured me they carry them year round (at a great price)
Stopped by the next day, found the tent & had a great check out experience with Bonnie. She was delightful & even got someone to help me out with the tent.
