Darryl was very helpful and knowledgeable while seeking out options for my new downpipe. I never felt rushed and he clearly has a passion for the products they produce.

If your like me and very particular who works on your car rest assured HPA is the place to go. This was my first time seeing their shop and having work done. Darryl was excellent to deal with, I had scheduled the service work with him. Upon stepping threw the doors I came to gather how nice their facility is. They have a huge showroom/ waiting room showcasing a cool sema build they made back in 2005 I believe. Also several motors and parts to look at around the room including a TV. I also was lucky to be given a tour by Jonathan which really made me feel comfortable leaving my car with them because it showed me how they go about it they take much care into your vehicles. HPA is a big company with lots of employees I was happy to see so many people . They have a huge shop so many cool things going on in that place. I would highly recommend them for your audi/vw performance and maintenance needs. I hope this helps someone looking for an outstanding shop.
