I really wish Pitt Meadows didn't lose there's and I didn't realize why until I walked into this one. There is just a warmth in the store when you walk in, the low lighting, warm colours and even though they didn't know me at least 2 of the staff said hi to me so just a friendly more welcoming store. When I was at checkout the cashier was dealing with someone being unreasonable and she just patiently explained it to her 3 times never changing her tone to impatience and then got her the manager at the customer's request who just repeated the same thing, she then left unhappy. Even after she left cashier just smiled and thank me for waiting, very professional

Friendliest staff ever. Always love to shop here even tho it's out of my way, it's worth the drive.

IGA is thee best place to shop if you are vegan, vegetarian, gluten free, dairy free or anything in between. Instead of having a small isle with options the store is flooded with options in every aisle.
Lots of local companies as well as great healthy vegan and vegetarian options.

Very nice store with organic and gluten free products nicely laid out. Has a bakery, deli and also has lots of nice plants for indoor and outdoor.
