(November 4, 2016, 9:05 pm)Ralph is wonderful! When we were having issues maintaining heat in our building due to faulty design (not his design) he was determined to fix the problem for us. Weeks (and maybe months) of work later he had completely resolved the issues. But that's not all, in the interim he would repeatedly call on us and visit to make sure we were staying warm. He would crawl all over the roof of the building sourcing the problem and using the heat from his own hands to melt the ice buildup and get our equipment working again. I cannot say enough about the customer service we received from him and Kellie. It's been over 2 years since the problem was fixed and we still are using his company for our general maintenance of the system.
